SHIPSHEWANA AUCTION MISC. /ANTIQUE BUILDING RENTAL AGREEMENT

_____________________ of ____________________, agrees to rent the Misc. /Antique Auction Building for _____ day(s) at above posted rate(s). Dates rented, _________, _________, _________. Building rent to be paid in advance of event. Additional tables, showcases, etc. used to be charged at above posted rates and paid upon completion of event. Credit card services are to be paid upon completion of event. Clean up service to be paid in advance of event. If you clean, all trash must be disposed of in proper area. The building must be swept and cleaned to Shipshewana Auction, Inc. satisfaction. Everything must be removed from premise by reserving party on or before the last day of the event unless other arrangements have been made with Shipshewana Auction, Inc. Shipshewana Food Service to be used for event. Shipshewana Auction, Inc. will not be held liable for any damaged or stolen property or for any injury that may occur as a result from activities that took place during scheduled event. Speaker system and table covers to be provided by reserving party. Reserving party may use their own tables, chairs, platforms etc. If building is rented to more than one party on same day, then all involved parties agree to operate in designated areas and will work with and cooperate with all involved parties. I agree to all above terms and statements.
